Responsibilities:

Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments. Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication. Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers to implement interventions. Work across elementary and/or secondary settings depending on district needs, including potential assignments in Pre-K-5, self-contained classrooms, or preschool classrooms . Serve across 1-2 school placements as determined by student needs.

Experience:

Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.

Education:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field required. Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License required.

Full-time, Contract Work Schedule:

7.5-hour days, 37.5 hours per week

Work Dates:

Tentatively August 12, 2026 - June 2027

Caseload:

Approximately 68 students per SLP ; assignments may include Pre-K-5, secondary, self-contained, or preschool settings
