Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a school-based setting, providing vital services to students and collaborating closely with educators and families.
What You'll Bring:
Active licensure and certification (SLP-CCC) with the ability to practice in a school environment Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist, particularly within schools Knowledge of current speech-language therapy practices and IEP development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Your Daily Impact:
Assess students for speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff for student success Lead and participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations for student accommodations Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with student needs Educate and support faculty and families on communication disorders and intervention techniques Embrace the chance to enhance students' academic and personal growth in a dynamic school community.
