Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Vermont SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain prior to start CCC-SLP certification required Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Solid communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a diverse caseload of students with communication and language disorders for the 2026/2027 school year Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Monitor progress and adjust adaptive therapy plans as needed Maintain meticulous records consistent with state and district requirements
