School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bremerton, Washington ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Bremerton, WA Job Details Full-time | Contract $39.87 - $69.87 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment near Bremerton, WA. This in-person contract position will span the 2026-2027 school year, providing essential support to K-12 students. Your dedication and expertise will be valued as you help students reach their full communicative potential, working alongside caring educators and specialists.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Active Washington State SLP license Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to confidently handle diverse caseloads (K-12) Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Comfortable working fully in-person; remote or VOCO services are not being considered
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain thorough records per district and state compliance requirements Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions Support students across grade levels and settings within the district as caseload assignments are finalized Imagine being part of a welcoming team that recognizes your impact and passion for student success.
