Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Four days per week (flexible schedule) 8 hours per day (flexible start time) Typical hours: roughly 8:00 am - 4:30 pmKey Qualifications:
Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist licensure required Experience with home health or hospital-based SLP preferred Comfort with a variable caseload and independent work Familiarity with Homecare Advisor andEPIC EMR
systems is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Kitsap County and surrounding areasResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to home health patients Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Document care using laptop/phone and Homecare Advisor/EPIC EMR platforms Travel to various locations; average mileage estimated at 250 miles per week Communicate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and familiesBenefits & Perks:
