Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Travel Set in scenic Bremerton, WA, this opportunity offers both outstanding professional development and the chance to experience life in the picturesque Pacific Northwest. Schedule/Hours:
Four days per week (flexible schedule) 8 hours per day (flexible start time) Typical hours: roughly 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Key Qualifications:
Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist licensure required Experience with home health or hospital-based SLP preferred Comfort with a variable caseload and independent work Familiarity with Homecare Advisor and
EPIC EMR
systems is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Kitsap County and surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to home health patients Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Document care using laptop/phone and Homecare Advisor/EPIC EMR platforms Travel to various locations; average mileage estimated at 250 miles per week Communicate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and families
