We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team! What You'll Do Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress What We're Looking For Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay: $45-$55 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Supportive leadership and a collaborative work environment A culture grounded in Excellence, Trust, Accountability, Mutual Respect, and Love At South Creek Post Acute, our mission is simple—to personally touch lives every day.
