Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference in students' lives by providing vital speech and language support in an engaging school environment as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Utilize your expertise to help children improve communication skills, ensuring they are set up for academic and social success.
Desired Qualifications:
Active state licensure and Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and effectively manage a diverse caseload Proficiency in working with students ranging from preschool to high school Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning Provide guidance to classroom staff and support inclusive education initiatives This contract opportunity places you at the heart of a supportive school community, offering meaningful, hands-on experience in helping young learners thrive.
