School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time | Enumclaw, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Enumclaw , Washington . We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct evaluations and write reports Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly) Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire) CFs welcome to applyBenefits & Perks:
