Job Description

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | Lakewood, WA Full-Time Hourly (W-2): $80,000-$100,000 annually | Full benefits included OR Pay-Per-Visit (W-2): $50-$56 per visit Sign-On Bonus and/or Student Loan Payment Assistance Available •A Role That Actually Delivers on Its Promises Pediatric SLP opportunities that check every box: compensation, culture, flexibility, and growth-are rare. Located in the heart of Lakewood, WA, this clinic offers easy access from Tacoma, University Place, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Dupont, and JBLM, with a short commute and everything the South Sound has to offer right outside the door. Compensation Full-Time Hourly (W-2): $80,000-$100,000 annually | Full benefits included Pay-Per-Visit (W-2): $50-$56 per visit | Based on experience and PTO preference Flexible Scheduling Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday Four 10-hour days Availability for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM required Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week What Sets This Practice Apart Interdisciplinary collaboration with OT and SLP teams; Clinical Competency Specialists providing specialty-specific training Dedicated paperwork blocks, balanced productivity expectations, and diverse pediatric caseloads Leadership development pathways, advancement opportunities, and 25 years of organizational stability Quarterly community service projects and local and international therapeutic mission work Full income starting from Day One (hourly model); referral bonuses for clinical hires Benefits Medical premiums covered at 80% by employer 100% employer-paid dental and vision 401(k) with 3% company match 2 weeks PTO + separate sick time accrual 9 paid holidays + 1 "You Day" $500 annual professional development stipend Quarterly performance bonuses + productivity bonuses starting at 65% Up to $2,000 in additional annual clinical bonuses Continuing education support and CEU opportunities Qualifications CCC-SLP required Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships) Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential Why Lakewood Central to the South Sound with easy access to Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, and JBLM Waterfront parks, trails, local dining, and day trips to Mount Rainier and Seattle Lower cost of living than most major metros .
