Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract role supporting students' communication and academic success as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity near Liberty Lake, WA, empowers you to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting, joining a multidisciplinary team passionate about student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language challenges Design and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to individual goals Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that foster communication development Track and maintain detailed records of therapy outcomes and student response Partner closely with general and special education staff to deliver coordinated student care Involve and educate families to support carryover of strategies at home Advocate for students' needs through collaborative decision-making and team meetings
Your Background Should Include:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Background working with pediatric or school-aged clients preferred Demonstrated interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues Capable of both independent practice and teamwork within educational settings With this contract assignment, you'll benefit from a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and unwavering support from a knowledgeable advisory team of local SLP professionals dedicated to your continual growth.
