Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opening position is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year, serving students from elementary through high school levels in Longview, Washington. This onsite role supports a diverse student population with a range of disabilities, from mild to severe, providing essential speech and language services within a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering assessment, evaluation, and individualized therapy to students with speech and language impairments Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school policies Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary approaches for student success Adhering to ethical and professional standards as outlined by state certification and school guidelines
Qualifications:
Washington State Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff Experience with diverse disabilities and age groups from elementary through high school Ability to manage a full-time schedule, five days per week (Monday through Friday), approximately 7 hours per day Flexibility to conduct interviews via Zoom or in person as required
