Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work with students from elementary through high school, supporting a wide range of communication needs and various disabilities from mild to severe. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative educational environment that values professional expertise and compassionate care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active Washington State SLP licensure required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in school settings supporting students with disabilities Strong ability to tailor interventions for varying age ranges and needs Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy for K-12 students Address a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and prepare reports in compliance with district and state procedures Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team decisions Educate school staff and families to facilitate student success Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate both virtual and in-person learning as needed You'll enjoy the stability of consistent, weekday hours while making a daily difference in students' lives.
