Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Longview, Washington. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The setting is a school environment serving students with a range of disabilities from mild to severe.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language evaluations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs Monitor student progress and update documentation and reports accordingly Provide direct speech-language therapy services five days a week, Monday through Friday, approximately 7 hours per day Adapt therapy techniques to address a variety of disabilities and learning styles
Qualifications:
Washington State Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff Ability to manage workload efficiently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
