Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding contract opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in educational settings, supporting students of diverse backgrounds in their communication and language development. You will collaborate with educators and families to foster student success and help drive positive outcomes in their academic journey.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working within school settings, with a preference for K-12 experience Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to use data-driven approaches to support student interventions Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students based on IEPs Engage teachers and families in strategies to support student communication in the classroom and at home Maintain accurate records and document all services provided Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Stay up-to-date with best practices and compliance standards within school-based settings If you are ready to contribute your expertise to a positive learning community and support student achievement, we encourage you to submit your application today.
