Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also considered Prior experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings strongly valued Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), speech/language assessments, and intervention planningKey Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate student records in accordance with school district requirements Contribute to IEP meetings, offering expertise in speech and language development Provide direct and consultative services to students in various school settings This opportunity allows you to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff while enjoying the dynamic rhythm of the academic year.
