Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact working with students across all grade levels as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) for the upcoming school year. This rewarding, full-time opportunity supports a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students and offers a consistent schedule of four days per week, totaling 35 hours (8.75 hours/day). The assignment spans the entire 2026/2027 school year, so you'll have the chance to foster real progress and relationships with your students.
What We're Looking For:
Active WA SLP or SLPA License required Education Staff Associate (ESA) credential if applying as an SLP Experience or interest in pediatric or school-based settings Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists New graduates (CFY) and experienced professionals encouraged to apply Passion for delivering high-quality therapy services to students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy and evaluations for students with communication and language challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educational teams and engage parents in student progress Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school protocols Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
