Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Multiple Openings (2026/2027 School Year) A school district in the Poulsbo, WA area is seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time onsite positions for the 2026-2027 school year. These roles offer the opportunity to work across elementary and secondary settings, supporting students with a range of speech and language needs in a collaborative school environment. Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and secondary students Manage caseloads across assigned school sites Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and support student success planning
Experience:
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Experience working with both elementary and secondary populations is a plus CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Education:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License required ESA certification required
