Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) passionate about making a difference in school communities. Multiple contract positions are open for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with full-time roles working on vibrant teams supporting students' communication and academic growth. These positions run from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and are based on-site. Applicants must hold a valid Washington SLP license as well as an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification. Qualified professionals will join a supportive environment, serving either secondary students (caseloads approximately 45) or elementary students (caseloads approximately 42). In these roles, SLPs will deliver vital services both independently and collaboratively, drawing on evidence-based practices to foster student progress.
Desired Qualifications:
Current Washington State SLP license and valid ESA required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience providing speech therapy in school settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, actionable reports Design and deliver individualized therapy to students in assigned caseload Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed Provide consultation and support to educators and parents regarding communication disorders These full-time, in-person opportunities offer the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the academic year.
