Speech Therapist in Seattle, WA Soliant - 3.9 Seattle, WA Job Details Contract $44.87 - $64.87 an hour Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners by providing speech-language pathology support for PreK and Kindergarten students. This contract position is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year, serving a school-based caseload near Seattle, WA. Utilize your SLP expertise to foster communication skills and developmental success at a critical stage in students' growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in Washington Experience working with early childhood or elementary age students preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy for PreK and Kindergarten students Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and IEP goals Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student progress Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records as required Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student needs Provide guidance, resources, and in-class support for teachers as needed This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside passionate education professionals, deliver impactful interventions, and shape the foundation for students' educational journeys.
