Schedule/Hours:
4 days/week (flexible) 8 hours/day with flexible start times, typically 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Key Qualifications:
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required Experience with home health preferred; hospital-based therapy skills advantageous Proficiency with EMR systems (Homecare Advisor, EPIC) is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel an estimated 250 miles/week
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech therapy assessments and deliver interventions in patient homes, promoting optimal outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate progress via case conferences and documentation Adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse patient needs and home environments Maintain thorough, timely records using laptop/phone and specified EMR systems
