Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in the Veradale, WA area. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and positively impact students' communication abilities, both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development Maintain clear, meticulous documentation tracking student progress Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic care Involve families by providing guidance and education related to therapy objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active, state-approved license (or eligibility) as required for Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and ready to champion student achievement.
