Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary and preschool students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this position, you'll work directly with a single school's caseload, collaborating with educators and families to help young learners reach their communication milestones. You'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student development.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
Active WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure ESA State Certification Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs with CCC welcome Demonstrated background in pediatric therapy, preferably in educational or healthcare settings Experience or interest in teletherapy is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy for elementary and preschool students Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's success Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEPs and progress reports Participate in team meetings and school-based initiatives
