Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Washington state licensure or eligibility required Previous experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders Provide direct therapy services and consultation to students individually or in small groups Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams This contract position brings the satisfaction of helping students succeed while offering professional growth and the chance to work alongside motivated educational teams.
