Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited SLP program. Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington CPR Certified or ability to obtain Previous experience with Computer Charting 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details:
