Job Description

Join as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting Home Health patients in Walla Walla, WA. Provide evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Washington state SLP license required to start the assignment. Oregon license required or ability to obtain Oregon licensure while working under WA license. Minimum 12 months of Home Health SLP experience within the past 3 years. This experience is required by the client. Experience with HCHB electronic medical record preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to work within an assigned geographic territory including Walla Walla County, portions of Columbia County, and travel into Umatilla County (up to 60 miles). Ability to coordinate care with an assigned manager and interdisciplinary team.

prior experience providing skilled home health services and working as part of a mobile clinical team.
