Key Responsibilities Assessment & Evaluation Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic assessments Identify communication strengths and areas of need Therapy & Intervention Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings IEP Development Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Write measurable goals and track student progress Collaboration Work closely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families Coordinate services to support communication access and academic success Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations Consultation & Advocacy Provide consultative support to school staff Advocate for students' communication and educational needs ?
