Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Work with an engaged high school caseload in a supportive, collaborative setting that values professional growth and student success. This contract position empowers you to use your skills to help students reach their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist Prior experience with high school-aged students preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities Collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in high school students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to align with students' unique needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs Provide support and education to staff and families regarding student progress and best practices Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school initiatives
