Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services in a school setting located in Drummond, WI. This contract role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting pediatric populations and experienced in delivering therapy within educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' communication needs. Provide speech and language therapy to children with various disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school policies and regulations. Utilize teletherapy platforms when necessary to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric clients in school and healthcare settings. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required or currently in progress. Proficient in teletherapy techniques and technology to deliver remote services effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
