Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, located conveniently near Kenosha, WI. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is for the upcoming 26/27 school year with the potential for contract renewal based on fit and performance. Whether you hold your CCC or are a CFY seeking valuable school-based experience, you'll find a supportive environment here. Work across one to two elementary schools situated close together, making your daily routine easier and more efficient. At each site, lead SLPs are available, ensuring consistent support and mentorship. You'll collaborate with a dedicated educational team focused on making a meaningful impact on elementary-aged students.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students according to IEP goals Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student learning environments Adapt therapy to suit diverse student abilities and needs Uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligible for licensure) CCC or CFY candidates welcome to apply Prior school-based experience is an asset Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills This contract role offers a competitive hourly pay of $45-53, commensurate with experience.
