Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Two passionate SLPs are sought to provide coverage for a maternity leave from August 2026 through November 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. This educational setting near Mequon, WI, offers a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact on student communication and development. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility) SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or an interest in virtual services welcomed Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assess student speech, language, and communication needs for middle and high school populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Provide direct and consultative therapy services in person and virtually as needed Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Support students' academic, social, and emotional success through evidence-based practices
