Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role as a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of high school students for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers you the chance to work in an engaging educational environment near Neenah, WI, supporting student growth and successful communication outcomes within a high school caseload. You'll have access to a collaborative team and the resources needed to deliver impactful therapy and consultation services.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience or strong interest in supporting high school-aged students Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students with diverse needs Conduct assessments and evaluations, developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support academic and social success Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as outlined by student goals Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
