Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an exciting opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with students ages 4 through 8th grade in a dynamic school environment near Racine, WI. This contract position covers the 2026/2027 school year, offering a rewarding chance to impact young lives through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care. You'll primarily support students in 5th to 8th grade, working 40 hours each week during school hours in an onsite setting.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly valued Experience in SLP teletherapy is a plus, though this role is onsite Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state guidelines Provide ongoing progress monitoring, adjust goals as needed, and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a resource and advocate for students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive school environment This contract opens the door for SLPs who are passionate about school-based practice and eager to help children unlock their full potential.
