Kidsource Therapy Kidsource Therapy hiring a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) to serve children and families in the Malvern clinic area. We're looking for an SLPA who enjoys building relationships with families, collaborating with supervising SLPs, and being part of a supportive, therapist-led team. This position provides therapy services in clinic, daycare, school, and community-based settings throughout the Malvern area under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. A full caseload is available following onboarding, and schedules include dedicated time for documentation, planning, and travel. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited Communication Sciences and Disorders program. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support throughout onboarding.

We support children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, feeding, and communication needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing differences, apraxia, and language delays.
