Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Experience:
Valid SLPA license or certification as required by state regulations Previous experience in schools or related pediatric settings is a plus Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to student needs Ability to follow treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists Organizational skills and adaptability for fast-paced school environments Passion for supporting students with varying communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Support speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP Work with small groups or individual students to practice speech, language, and communication exercises Help document student progress as directed by supervising SLP Assist in developing materials and activities to enhance the therapy process Communicate regularly with educators and team members to support student success Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students Benefits /
