• Responsibilities
• + Assist the supervising SLP in delivering speech and language services + Implement therapy activities and instructional supports as directed + Support data collection and progress tracking + Maintain accurate documentation and service notes + Collaborate with school staff to support student communication needs + Follow plans of care and professional practice standards
• Requirements
• + Graduate of an accredited SLPA program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders) + Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork + Minimum 2 years of school-based SLPA experience preferred + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements
