Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathology Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support individuals with speech and language disorders. This role is crucial in providing therapy services to children and students, particularly in pediatric settings in the. home setting. The Speech Pathology Assistant will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and facilitating communication development.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLPA) to join our growing team! This is a part-time, home-based position providing therapy to approximately 15-25 children with developmental and intellectual disabilities . Sessions may be held in the child's home/community setting, depending on individual needs.
Pay :
$40-$55 per session, W2, and your own personal dedicated scheduler! Great support system!
Service Area:
Buckeye, West Valley Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to children ages 3-18. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with state and DDD requirements. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's communication goals. Participate in team meetings and provide input on program improvement.
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time, flexible hours (15-25 hrs/week). (More if desired)
Caseload:
15-25 children. Area- West Valley Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. $40-$55 (W2) Supportive team environment with growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Arizona SLPA license Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
