Job Overview Reliable Therapy Staffing is looking for full time Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists dedicated to supporting students' mental health, behavioral development, and academic success in an in-person setting.

Compensation:
$65-$75 per hour, dependent on position and experience Why Join Us? Small, therapist-owned company that truly understands your role Supportive collaboration Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' educational journeys Duties Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and screenings to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Provide individual and group sessions to support student growth. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students' unique learning requirements. Maintain accurate medical documentation, testing results, and detailed records of all interventions while adhering to confidentiality standards. Manage case loads efficiently through case management practices, ensuring timely follow-up and progress monitoring for each student. Requirements Valid licenses or certifications in the applicable state or region. Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
