Position Overview:

At Lexington Therapies, we're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in-person. In this role, you'll be crucial in delivering individualized therapy plans, working directly with members to support their communication development and help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:

Direct Therapy Sessions:

Provide neuro-affirming therapy for members based on individualized treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists. Implement therapeutic activities to support members' functional communication development and progress. Monitor and document members' progress, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure effective outcomes. Engage with members in a way that respects and supports their unique neurological profiles.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, families, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy. Provide education and guidance to members, parents, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to continue progress at home.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using electronic platforms. Assist in organizing and coordinating therapy services to support efficient operation. Key Attributes for
