We support families through in-home visits and in-clinic therapy at our Chico location, with a collaborative, whole-child approach.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full time or part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This role involves delivering speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, with sessions held in-home, in preschool settings, and at our Chico clinic. Services are provided in natural environments within Butte County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities :
Provide speech-language therapy to pediatric clients under supervision of a licensed SLP Implement treatment plans and document progress Travel to client homes, preschools, and the clinic as needed Support family education and caregiver communication Maintain accurate session notes and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license Reliable transportation Experience with early intervention or preschool-aged children preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative care
