Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027. You'll be working closely with a preschool SLP, fostering essential communication skills in young students while experiencing the rewarding environment of an elementary school. In this role, your schedule will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each weekday, totaling 35 hours each week and including a half-hour unpaid lunch. You'll primarily serve at an elementary campus, collaborating with educators and providing direct support to students.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license or certification Experience as an SLPA in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow SLP treatment plans and document student progress Passion for early childhood development and helping preschoolers thrive Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
