Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant working in a supportive educational environment. This position is ideal for professionals dedicated to helping students reach their communication goals while collaborating with an experienced virtual Speech-Language Pathologist. Your skills will be key as you provide essential support for student success, working closely with teachers, families, and the virtual SLP. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Comfortable assisting and communicating with a supervising virtual SLP Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs in a collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students under the guidance of a remote SLP Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking student progress Manage session documentation and maintain student confidentiality records with accuracy Support classroom teachers and engage families regarding student communication needs Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development throughout the contract Imagine spending your school year enhancing communication skills and supporting student growth while working alongside passionate professionals.
