Qualifications and Experience:
Valid and current SLPA license/certification Prior experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with students, staff, and families Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for empowering student success Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet a variety of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Engage with students individually or in small groups to address speech, language, and communication goals Assist in the development and implementation of therapy materials and activities Collect and document student data for progress monitoring and reporting Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning outcomes Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed You'll work in an environment that values mutual support, professional growth, and meaningful contributions to students' educational journeys.
