Therapy Lab of OC is a dynamic and supportive speech pathologist-owned clinic that specializes in speech and occupational therapy. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care in an encouraging and positive work environment. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM and one additional afternoon per week.
This role involves working closely with our experienced speech pathologists to provide high-quality therapy services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist speech pathologists in providing therapy to children and adults with speech and language disorders.
  • Implement treatment plans and activities as directed by the supervising speech pathologist.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to support client goals.
Qualifications:
  • Valid SLPA license in California.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their speech and language goals.
