Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours Safe work environment DUTIES Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders, direct in-home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care as needed Monitor and document patient progress Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for improvement Implement evidence-based practice during treatment sessions Abide by ASHA & State standards and guidelines for supervision by a licensed speech language pathologist

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or certification Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
