Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication skills and overall quality of life through effective speech therapy. As part of our expanding team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to patients with various communication disorders Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Keep detailed, accurate records of patient progress and document therapy sessions Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Support patient education and provide resources for family members and caregivers

Requirements:

New SLPAs and experienced SLPAs are welcome! Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience in pediatric care settings is a plus Specialization or interest in pediatric therapy is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual is preferred Why Join Us?
