SLP :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcome
- Light Supervision of SLPa and student staff with state qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for various communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities for
SLPA :
- Manage clients with the advice and supervision from an SLP
- Provide therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans upon approval from SLP
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcome
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Previous experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for various communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.

Minimal paperwork At Speachy Learning Center we believe in providing our staff with a fair living wage. The hourly pay rate advertised is consistent; it does not change when a client cancels their appointment.Expected hours:
12- 40 per week We currently need more coverage for after-school sessions (mostly 3:00 and later).
