Qualifications & Experience:
Valid SLPA license/certification in California Previous experience in a school-based or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Positivity when working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to licensed SLPs in delivering speech-language services Assist with assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation for elementary-aged students Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes Adapt interventions in response to individual IEP goals and progress
