Qualifications:
Must be a certified SLPA with an active license in California Fluent in Spanish (required) Minimum of one full school year's SLPA experience in a K-12 setting Experience managing an average SLP caseload of 55, K-6, mild to moderate
Responsibilities:
Support SLPs in delivering therapy to students in grades K-6 Provide skilled intervention for students with mild to moderate communication needs Conduct group and individual therapy, documentation, and progress monitoring Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
