This is a full-time or part-time position (14-35 hours per week) focused on providing high-quality direct services to a diverse student population for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. You will join a supportive on-site team currently consisting of two SLPs and one SLPA. This role is designed to help balance a total caseload of approximately 150 students, ensuring every child receives the frequency and quality of care they need. Responsibilities • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs. Collaborate closely with the supervising SLPs to track student progress and adjust interventions. Assist SLPs with data collection for IEP development and progress reports. Maintain accurate and timely service logs and documentation. Participate in team meetings to ensure cohesive service delivery across the campus. Qualifications • Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25-55 students with organization and care. Strong communication skills for collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Schedule & Compensation •

Up to 35 hours per week.

Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
