Speech & Language Pathologist Assistant - •Position starts September 1, 2026•at Capistrano Unified School District Print Application Deadline 6/8/2026 11:55 PM Pacific Date Posted 5/29/2026 Contact Suzanne Wheeler 949-234-9362 Number of Openings 1 Salary Single Rate $5,229.95 - $6,674.38 Monthly Add'l Salary Info Range 39 Step 1 begins at $5,229.95 per month however, with Superintendent or designee approval and written verification of work experience beyond the job description requirements, beginning salary placement could be as high as Step 3, $5,765.58 per month Length of Work Year 9.5 months per year /35 hours per week Employment Type Part Time Education/Experience Any combination equivalent to: Associate's degree with coursework in speech and language pathology; twelve months of employment as a speech aide with training and experience that is recognized by the state licensing board. License/Certificate Requirement Registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with the State of California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. •A copy of your license must be attached to your application •Benefits Available This position is eligible for Health and Welfare benefits.
